Welcome to My Store! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My Store. My Store operates the store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in connection with orders, to provide you (the customer) with a carefully curated shopping experience (the “Service”). My Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases or transactions with My Store.

(4) not circumvent measures controlling Agent access.
