Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns are subject to conditions. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we may assess and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, for orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
